Employability Skills Training

Workforce Australia Employability Skills Training (EST) is a program designed to assist Participants in exploring their career options, to help build job search and workplace skills, and enhance their readiness for work. EST courses are available for youth (aged 15 to 24 years), as well as for Participants aged 25 years and over, with a specific focus on developing employability skills aligned with job opportunities in the local labour market.

Career Transition Assistance

The Career Transition Assistance (CTA) program is designed for mature age Participants, aged 45 years and over. It provides practical assistance and training to increase employability and competitiveness in local job markets. Designer Life delivers CTA as a Workforce Australia provider, and provides targeted support for mature age Participants to increase their confidence in the skills and experience they already have, as well as increase their motivation and resilience to continue looking for work.
